Terms & Conditions statement of facts

 
MUST BE READ AND ACCEPT BEFORE BOOKING : 
 
Arranged time and date will be pre-hold for client for 24h, session fee must be received by that time. If client fail to pay session fee within that time, must contact photographer again, to check availability.

Session fee paid is non refundable, does not include any prints or digitals and it's not deducted from chosen package.

Due to diary booking based business, appointment can only be rescheduled free of charge up to 7 days prior agreed date ONCE, with the exception of the special circumstances like: child or parent/parent's illness ( this will be accepted as a once off ) or if photographer is unable to take the session due to illness or personal circumstances.
 
Aga Tetera Photography will professionally edit each and individual of  session images , will contact client  4-6 weeks from the session date to arrange viewing. During the most busy time of the year - beginning of October till end of December editing time may be extended to 8 weeks. Viewing must take place within 3 months from the session date. Maximum of 4 weeks from the date of contact to arrange it. Viewing will take place in home studio. If client lives over 3h driving distance from photographer, it's possible to arrange viewing based on online gallery presentation via Skype or Zoom. 
 
Viewing appointment can be rescheduled due to personal circumstances ONCE. If you require to change the date and time again or if more than one viewing is required £75 rearranged viewing fee will apply.

Client must understand that packages starts at £335 and this is minimum spending required per session.  This does not apply to mini sessions eg. Christmas Mini Sessions

Express editing service is available. If you need your need your gallery edited immediately there is express editing available , gallery will be edited and ready for viewing appointment 3-4 business days from session date/payment recived. £150 must be paid before any express work is carried out. 
This doesn't apply to one image, if parents need it for birth announcemnt or birthday invitations etc. It apply to full gallery express editing only if needed. 
 
Client must decide which package and products (if any additional products is required), he wants to choose on viewing appointment, payment must be received within next 7 days after the viewing, payment plans are an exemption. 
 
I understand my order will be ready within 2-4 weeks (depending on quantity of order and products selected) from viewing appointment and it will need to be collected within 2 weeks from the initial information that order is ready .

Outdoor sessions. Any outdoor session location which is over 6 miles radius from LE4 5PW, will have commute fee that applies. Rate: 60 pence per mile. Subject of approval.

Gallery ( if used) is to view images only. All images belong to Aga Tetera Photography are covered under copyrights (Copyright Act 1988 ). This apply to images used in social medias too. Under no circumstances do not download, crop, remove watermark  or edit images done by Aga Tetera Photography. Legal action may be taken against people breaching the law.
 
I understand I will be able to print unlimited number of prints in any size /format for personal use only with any third party printer however clients do this at their own risk. The images provided are fully edited and prepared for professional printing however due to wide variety of printers results will vary. In addition please note certain print sizes may result in undesired or unflattering cropping of the image due to certain sizes having different ratio. Aga Tetera Photography can accept no responsibility for any poor results obtained from third party printers due to colour, undesired cropping, print quality or any other factor as photographer have no control over this process.

Only fully edited images ( in JPG format)  will be presented to client as a final product. Client must understand all images provided by Aga Tetera Photography are protected by copyright , it is illegal to modify images in any way , shape or form. The only person liable for this procedure is Aga Tetera ( photographer) .

Only basic editing service will be provided which means: colours, background, dry skin, pimples, eyeshadows, skin tones and texture. See the portfolio. Aga Tetera Photography would not edit: broken\ dirty nails, cracked\ missing nail polish, grey hair, hair suckers- lose of colour, hair cut, make up, clothes, wrinkles on clothes, tattoos. 

Client purchase of the original files releases Aga Tetera Photography from any liability due to loss or damage of the images and also releases Aga Tetera Photography from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image, or photograph. 

Printed products must be collected within ONE month from the session viewing unless agreed otherwise. If client fail to collect the product within  this time, it will be destroyed without any possibility to reprint. New order will have to be placed accordingly with  current charges.

Late attendance. Plan your journey and arrive on time. If there is an emergency or an accident maximum of 30 minutes of delay is possible, but you need to make Aga Tetera Photography aware of the situation. If you are late by 45 minutes, your session will be automatically cancelled. 

Raw files are deleted after gallery presentation on viewing; non purchased images after 1 month. All other images will be stored for a while, however Aga Tetera Photography do not take any liability for images which has been handed to client. Aga Tetera Photography always advice to do at least TWO copies of the session images on different hard drives\ cloud\ Google Drive\ Drop Box. 
Aga Tetera Photography has the unrestricted right and permission to copyright.
 
As the photography is " I like what I see" type of business, which means new clients book based on current work shared, as well as appreciation is the trigger in creative process, Aga Tetera Photography uses images in portfolio, on website, facebook, instagram, in competitions, if you DO NOT WANT the images to be used, MUST contact Aga Tetera Photography BEFORE booking.
